well, the birthday party has come and gone
     and what a party it was!


here are some of the highlights.

     start with mini pitas or buscuit dough as your base, top with sauce and cheese.
     split peperoni for the wings, add olive for the head,
     and tuck a bit of basil underneath for a touch of flavor.

chocolate ants & mulch
     trailmix made of chocolate raisins and cracklin' oat bran
cupcakes, of course!
     grassy cupcakes, green coconut frosting topped with paper butterfly
     worms & dirt cupcakes, crushed oreos and gummy worms

it's hard to remember to capture memories at home.

so the camera came out last night. not for anything in particular.
     nothing special to say about it. just another evening together,
          chaos over dinner.
