thursdays are like christmas around here in the summer time.

    vegetable pick up. it's csa day!

each week, angelic organics harvests a bounty of green,
   grown lovingly and deliciously from their biodynamic earth.

and each week, we're one of the lucky families to receive this bounty.

we love every tasty morsel. from your peppery arugula and curly garlic scapes,
     to your luscious jewel-toned beets and sweet but spicy turnips. we just can't get enough.



for those of you eating local and in season this summer, I'll do my best to post an occasional recipe to aid the effort. for those of you interested in finding out more about csa farming in your area, check out local harvest. You'll be glad you did!
